What is Dayloom?

Dayloom is an AI-powered personal life OS that connects your goals, calendar, habits, and daily routine — all guided by an AI life coach.

How do AI credits work?

AI credits are used when you interact with the AI coach, generate plans, or use AI-powered features. Free users get 75 credits/month, Starter gets 500, and Pro gets 2,000.

Can I sync my Google Calendar?

Yes! Connect your Google Calendar in Settings to see all your events in Dayloom and let the AI plan around your existing schedule.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and click "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. Contact us at sam@stoodioos.com if you need help.
